Cardamom Ale Bottled
I went ahead and bottled the Cardamom Ale after one week in the second fermenter. It seemed to have lost it’s moxie in the airlock.
I used a combination of Organic Agave Nectar and Raw Eucalyptus Honey for the priming sugar.
Smells great but the liquid doesn’t seem as clear as it usually does. Not sure what that means. Only time will tell… See you in two weeks.
