Crushing Pomegranates

Sometimes you just need to make a basic beer. This one is just dry malt extract, hops and pomegranates. Done.

Hops for pomegranate ale

Ingredients:
12 cups water
Seeds from 2 pomegranates (Crushed for juice, but brew with seeds. Add half at boil and half 5 minutes before flameout)
1 lb. Plain dry light malt extract
3.29 grams Northern Brewer’s Hops (Add at boil with DME and 1/2 of pomegranates)
2 grams mosaic hops (add 15 minutes into boil)
2 grams mosaic hops (add at flame out)

Yeast: Safale 04
